I am a licensed clinical social worker in NY state. I received my social work degree in 1998 from Adelphi University. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them reach their goals. In my clinical work, I help:
Teens coping with anxiety, academic pressure, or social stress
College students and young adults navigating new stages and adjustments as well as self-esteem issues
Adults managing anxiety and relationships and parents seeking to better understand and support their children's emotional needs
