My Services

Adolescence and early adulthood come with real pressure, academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether you're a teen feeling overwhelmed by school and social expectations, a young adult figuring out who you are outside of your family's expectations, or a parent trying to support a child who's struggling with anxiety, I can help you build a path forward that actually fits your life.

Who I Work With

TEENS (13-18)

I help teens work through anxiety, OCD, academic pressure, perfectionism, social stress, and difficulty managing big emotions. Many of the teens I see are high-achieving and hard on themselves — my goal is to help them build genuine confidence, not just cope in the moment.

Parent Coaching - SPACE Program

If your child or teen struggles with anxiety, SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) developed at the Yale Child Study Centeris a parent-based treatment that works through you rather than requiring your child to attend sessions. You'll learn specific, structured tools to reduce accommodation of anxiety and help your child build resilience. This approach is especially effective when a young person is resistant to therapy themselves.

COLLEGE STUDENTS & YOUNG ADULTS

Leaving home, choosing a path, figuring out relationships and identity — this stage brings a lot of change at once. I work with college students and young adults on anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and the pressure to have it all figured out.

ADULTS

I also work with adults managing anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions who are ready to understand old patterns and build something different.
